Nashville Police Shooting

It is a very difficult situation. But the officer is trained and more than likely 1000 times more skilled at shooting. He could drop the guy in a split second. Did the guy turn and raise the gun? Thats the question.

Officers aren't as good at shooting as you might think, and many of them do not practice like they should, or have never been in live fire experiences. It really changes things when someone is firing back. But I agree, did he turn and raise the gun? That is the question.

Slartocchio would be the forum expert on that:

Let's ask him --- just kidding! :D

This is is just little Pinocciodexter trolling. He got owned in another thread twice now so vents his frustration by taking shots in unrelated threads.

I was an Anti-poaching ranger for four years in Africa, not a long time but enough to run into some shit. Pointy has a meticulously filed collection for five thank you notes from his alleged career in US Army Intelligence.

Yep, five little acknowledgements of his life's work, precious to him.

Now any time you want to return to the thread at hand an address the inconsistencies you your trolling :) hahhaaha, why would you?

First degree murder.Thats why they kneel. That is why I support anthem protest and BLM.
Do you even know what the criteria is to charge first degree murder? If some leftist prosecutor does bring a murder charge the cop will be found not guilty unless they can prove he got up that morning and specifically hunted this guy down with the intent to kill him. It's not even second degree murder, and that assumes the shooting was not justified. If it's found that the shooting was not justified, they can charge him with manslaughter and probably win that case. If you really want to know why these cops keep getting found not guilty it's because prosecutors are pandering to the politics of the day and over charging the police.
Viewing the video it does look like the guy made a turn and possibly went for a weapon. If that's the case, it's open and shut the cop is innocent of any wrong doing, except, of course, in the brain of the political nitwits who have already made up their minds.
