It's simple. What I said is OBJECTIVELY correct. He doesn't think so. He is wrong. Which is typical for a dumb deluded conservatives.

I know the feeling, sometimes it's just easier to label them all as democrats or communists and give up trying to cure stupidity and just let them all die off and hope they don't reproduce, if you try to reason with them they will just drag you down into never ending arguments, which is why ideologically driven people are so unhappy. They love arguing more than they love being happy because the only thing that makes them happy is arguing.

Progressives I've known in real life usually start the argument with insults. That was true fifty years ago when I first became aware of politics and it's still true. All these words they use are insults: homophobic, islamophobic, etc... they control the debate by framing everything in some insulting manner. What else can moronic kooks do? It's not like they have any lasting successes to point to.
Seeing as how arguing with them is utterly futile I've decided that my job, my role in life, is to make the most money I possibly can while paying no taxes whatsoever and thumbing my nose at them from the penthouse the whole way

Don't think so.
Calling people dumb, or not, has nothing to do with being a progressive.
And the truth of my statement is known to be true by anyone with a bit of brains. If they don't know it, they will never know it or want to know it no matter what I do.
