I guess its now illegal to offend someone near a college campus

If you disagree with any of his articulated points - why not refute them?
An "articulated point?" Like, say, a rusty nail on a piece of driftwood you happened to step on but maybe wished you didn't? Sometimes it's best to just get the frustration out of your system and move on. Alternatively, I suppose you could try to debate a piece of driftwood and its articulated point, as you suggested. Good luck with that.

Translation: Compare someone with opposing viewpoints to an inanimate object in the attempt to make their retort to your original statement seem "not worthy of response" in the hopes that all watching will overlook the underlying truth that your original statement was pure folly and you actually don't have or can't retort.

We've apparently done away with the "1st Amendment".

Lefties are working to revoke the 2nd Amendment.

The 4th Amendment is about gone, too, "civil forfeiture", and all.

Get rid of enough of them, in the name of "social justice freebies" and "PC", and we will have gone "FULL COMMIE".
