That could certainly work. The question I'd like to ask is how successful was it in LA or Baltimore?
 
If he does a Duerte, after the house searches in a full area, he could add compulsory 10 days

I would then not be surprised to have these habitants of ghetto areas cheering up Trump,
like Philippines people cheering up Duterte: basically crime ridden areas are areas where the rule of Law does not exist because of corruption, and is a pyramidal system where masses suffer for the benefit of the very few criminals up the pyramid scheme.
