I think he should forever be shunned by society and never be allowed to hold a decent job ever again .So glad he was exposed.Unfortunately there are millions of them out there just like him that don't slip up.

Mentality matters insofar as you have the ability to affect the lives of others in a real way.

IOW/Ex.:

The words of an H.R. manager matter because racist words reflect a racist mentality.

And having a racist H.R. manager, perceived or actually, is never good for business.

Words matter when you fling them around, on the job, where coworkers and the public can hear them. Again, not good for business. You are representing your employer when you are on the clock and within the scope of your duties.

This not shocking at ALL.

Even though the school district tried to protect his identity, BSO was able to ID the HS basketball announcer who called a bunch of girls kneeling during the anthem against racism a bunch of “f*cking n*ggers” as ex-HS football coach Scott Sapulpa.

Sapulpa immediately tried to delete all his social media but @RzstProgramming was able to get a screenshot of his Parler account where it showed he is a hardcore MAGA who is in love with Trump and Tucker Carlson.

The fact that for a long time Sapulpa was able to coach kids makes you wonder how much poison has he put in their minds about black people and children.

This man is sick and should be charged with a hate crime.

I wouldn’t have expected anything more from a Trump supporter because if you support Trump you are indeed a racist.

I took a look at the video on TMZ of this crap.

Please correct me if I'm wrong...most or equal number of the girls on the team that were kneeling were White. In fact, only 3 - 4 girls looked like they were Black and another girl looked Hispanic (maybe).

Was this guy implying via racist rhetoric that only the White girls can kneel but not the Black girls because the audio was a little bad (difficult to hear some of the words clearly).

Simply, I didn't hear him being upset at the girls that were White for kneeling.

Kneeling is mostly done by black athletes and associated with black athletes for the cause of racism against blacks.4 of the 8 girls look white to me but since its associated with blacks and its mostly blacks that kneel thats what he was attacking imo.

Really, Tony? What's that say about me? It's not racist. It does not in it of itself express a belief of segregation or racial superiority. Nor would calling a bunch of white kids with "Blue Lives Matter" hats "white trash" be racist. I think he should be fired from his current job, but I don't think this needs to be national news. It's not the real problem with racism in this country. Is this guy racist? Probably. My guess is he would most likely rather his daughter find a nice white boy over date a black dude. That's believing in segregation and that's racist.

My understanding is that his fn comment was generally directed towards fn's everywhere, including the Black girls there.

He probably considers the White girls as victims, essentially forced to go along with their teammates and this fn shit.
