Think the past winter was bad? Get ready for mini Ice Age

If a model does not fit the observed reality, then it is wrong. Any simpleton should be able to figure that out. If you want to argue that man is responsible for global warming, then go ahead, but at least be honest about the data you are using. Not one single climate model was right in its predictions. And we're not talking small errors here, the models were flat out wrong. Hell, even the AGW nutters have accepted that. That's why they are scrambling to explain it. Re; "the heat sank into the ocean, blah, blah, blah"

Arnie. You're right wing propaganda sources say the models have failed. They have not.

Arnie, do you trade? Have you ever seen a stock price trend go in a smooth straight line? Of course not. The trend is defined by deviations around the mean. Climate models predict trend only. They are not meant to predict short term fluctuations. They are simply not sophisticated enough yet. That's why they always use probability bands. Note that your chart has no probability bands. The reason for that is that is intentional deception on the part of the propagandist that distributed that chart.

In addition Arnie. Your charts are not of world temps and are very select data sets that show the least warming. The balloon data sets for instance are mid latitudes only which show the least warming.

I'll leave it up to you to figure out why the chart is so deceptive.

If this were the price of a stock and one was long term holding, would this a time to sell or perhaps add to the position? Is the long term trend broken?

So the chart above is the equivalent of the minute chart. Are you betting your long term future on a time frame observation that is the equivalent of two hours?

What? That chart is a yearly chart going back many years. We are looking at 20,50,100 years from now before needing to withdraw. Before we retire.

The climate models predict these long term trends. The long term trend has not been broken. The models are still valid. It's simple as that

Never mind the fact that the oceans are heating up without any pause at all. I understand you are talking air and that's what the climate models are predicting. The atmosphere is a small fraction of the earth's heat.

I would not do either until I understood what is driving the lines up or down. So get back to me when you have some science showing man made co2 is causing warming.

For the now the best we have shows that the oceans are warming slightly and change in ocean temps lead CO2 and land temps by about 9 mos to a year. So if I were trading that chart I would go to ocean data as my leading indicator.

CO2 is doing it, because CO2 is a GHG and it's levels are rising due to the burning of fossil fuels which releases, wait for it...................CO2. It's very simple. Even you should be able to understand it.

You do know CO2 is a GHG right? Have you figured out what that means yet?

yeah its so simple even a leftist troll can produce the science showing man made co2 causes warming in our environment. Except he doesn't produce the science because it doen't exist. If it did exist... agw morons would be producing it and getting nobel prizes for it.
