Explain to me how it makes a difference to the point I made as to whether he was pardoned or whether he had started a sentence that was commuted? Perhaps you are trying a little too hard to make my point go away. Clinton either commuted or pardoned. I originally thought that he was flat out pardoned but then I read your post that said "he did the time and paid the crime" so adjusted it to say that he was commuted. Goes to show once again that I should not have bought into anything you said. But commuted or pardoned go right ahead and explain to me exacty what fucking difference it makes.

My point is the one that many, many blacks still have a problem with and that is that Bubba's administration enacted or promoted a whole bunch of draconian drug laws that put hundreds of the thousands of blacks behind bars for a long, long time BUT HE LET HIS BROTHER SKATE. Now you try to make it all go away with some kind of bullshit pussy discussion about whether he was actually pardoned or commuted.

Podesta is one for sure. But you will not get anyone else without a witch-hunter. Once that happens. There are as many people who can be indicted as the witch-hunter wants. It is- as the military says- a target-rich environment. You could get hundreds if you looked into everything. Hundreds. That many will not happen, I am not saying that.
