I think Stern is correct.
But he does not have to worry about his kids. That would be the easiest pardon in history.
The issue is that if he does not start getting things accomplished and seeing to it that the swamp is cleaned. I think his brand is toast and that will hurt his kids.
From my perspective I expected him to make more proposals. That the establishment would block of course. Then when nothing got done... He would tell republicans to primary each and every one of those not voting for the agenda he ran on.
so far... the health care bill sucked. the tax cut bills sucks.

His went and got sucked in by jared and ivanka ryan and mcconnell and all the idiots saying he should be a moderate.
He should have followed Bannon and Gorka.
His presidency may be toast if he does not become bold and act swiftly and powerfully for the agenda he ran on.

It is fine enough. Roger Clinton, an actor and musician and total fuckup (Bill was adopted) served one year in the 80s for a nothing much coke deal sting. The operation authorised by his brother who was governor, Bill.
So he did the crime and the time "commuted the sentence" does not apply. All that happened was his record was cleaned with a pardon, some exec-privilege leaving office in 2001 but can you imagine how many times Bush or MANY others did not see a cell?
