It is fine enough. Roger Clinton, an actor and musician and total fuckup (Bill was adopted) served one year in the 80s for a nothing much coke deal sting. The operation authorised by his brother who was governor, Bill.
So he did the crime and the time "commuted the sentence" does not apply. All that happened was his record was cleaned with a pardon, some exec-privilege leaving office in 2001 but can you imagine how many times Bush or MANY others did not see a cell?
Heh. Now that you are on a roll defending Bubba, maybe you can move on to defending his pardon of Marc Rich the same day he pardoned his brother.
And yes, I am aware that Bubba, "our first black president" commuted his brother's sentence on what was a low level drug beef. Not to forget of course that the Clinton administration is the one that enacted all the draconian drug laws that sent hundreds of thousands of blacks to prison to languish there WHILE CLINTON COMMUTED THE SENTENCE OF HIS WHITEY BROTHER.
