the sooner we get away from BEEF

You proclaimed that these oils were "baaaaad" but then the MAYO CLINIC said that people should make these a part of a HEALTHY diet.

And you just said you'd "switch in a heartbeat" if you were proven otherwise.....YOU were proven otherwise. Not go to the store and get some olive and canola oils :p

Funny thing, if you were so dead wrong about this fact...imagine what else you could be wrong about

:D

So far nothing but complete nonsense and greasy pics :D

There is proof eating fatty fish like salmon 2 to 3 times a week is healthy.
And almost endless positive studies supporting this and also supporting taking fish OIL.
Are you going to eat fish now?

What does fatty fish provide that a plant-based diet does not? Give me a good reason to add fatty fish to my diet.
:D

Yes, because YOU said olive oil is "baaaaaad" for you and Mayo says it's NOT.

This is the essence of being wrong, kiddo :D

All I wanted to point out is you said one thing, and an EXPERT said the opposite. Just one more blow to your credibility, which was already very low to begin with :D

A highly absorable form of omega 3's and a concentrated source of high quality protein, to name two reasons.
