The Irrational, Unshakable Faith of the Collusion Conspiracists

Well lets just pick one thing for now as I need to get to bed.

Trump Jr. was soliciting information of value in full knowledge that it was from a foreign source. I know that one of the guys will butwhatabout Steele, that is a different matter.

https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/11/110.20#

"(b)Contributions and donations by foreign nationals in connection with elections. A foreign national shall not, directly or indirectly, make a contribution or a donation of money or other thing of value, or expressly or impliedly promise to make a contribution or a donation, in connection with any Federal, State, or local election."

As political dirt is expensive to search for usually, it can be safely considered "other thing of value".

Actually, googling the definition of solicit in this case I found this article which explains it better than I can.

https://www.vox.com/world/2017/7/10/15950590/donald-trump-jr-new-york-times-illegal

Yep,and there is indisputable proof of this.

Soliciting information is not proof of collusion. Not even close. Won't even point out trump Jr vs TRUMP. When you get up from bed try another. I'm serious, this is why I asked this question.

Have a sleep on your first sentence there.

If all you are hoping to uncover is political novices on a election or transition team being lured into communications that all acknowledge went no where , have it. If this is the Left's go to pitch I think the President is in good shape

"The initial statement Donald Trump Jr. provided to the press, which was reportedly dictated by his father, read:

“It was a short introductory meeting. I asked Jared and Paul to stop by. We primarily discussed a program about the adoption of Russian children that was active and popular with American families years ago and was since ended by the Russian government, but it was not a campaign issue at the time and there was no follow up. I was asked to attend the meeting by an acquaintance, but was not told the name of the person I would be meeting with beforehand.”

The statement did not mention that Donald Trump Jr. had been offered compromising information about Hillary Clinton in exchange for taking the meeting. And it was crafted by the president one day after he discussed "adoptions" with Russian President Vladimir Putin during a dinner at the G20 summit."

Reminds me of Donny Zoolander:

Soliciting is collusion in this case as defined by the law it seems and certainly enough to cause panic and lies to cover up.

Oh, I have the letter. Let me know when you want to make a high stakes bet right here on the forum to try to call my bluff. It will be fun to watch you walk sideways like a crab to slither away from it. Otherwise. We will leave it there. But if you want to go down that road. Let me know.
Carefully wrapped in tinfoil, no doubt.

Even if you read the document I doubt you have the intellect to grasp the difference between what it is and what you said.

You confuse and conflate everything to everything and in this foggy blur you chase your imagined dragon.

Sorry tard. You outright challenged my assertion that Hillary had entered into a memorandum of understanding with the state department in regard to transparency and disclosure of foundation donors while acting as secretary of state. I stood by that and posted a link with incontrovertible evidence that such a memorandum existed. '

I wiped your arse for you and even fully responded to the usual tard crybaby "where's my link" routine and now you move into weasel territory as a way to slither away from it.

Call yourself to a higher order.
