We cannot conflate issues that have completely different motives and then expect to be taken seriously. The knockout punchers would deserve a bullet in the head. The guy who just got shot in Fl. should have been arrested for assault, not shot and killed by some guy who decides to be judge, jury, and executioner right on the spot. And again for the record, I would have a very different opinion of this particular shooting if the shooter was not "allegedly" walking around looking provoke a fight just to gun someone down.
There's a lesson to be learnt here. Just because your bigger and stronger doesn't mean you can do whatever you like, park in handicap, push ppl and hurt ppl. Maybe death is a harsh punishment, maybe not. He looks like he used similar tactics before and got away with it. Not this time. Case closed, the world's a better place without ppl like this. Taxpayers don't need to support his incarceration and whatever his sorry future has in store for him. Thank you shooter. God knew what was best.
This was an unjustified shooting. The shooter was merely pushed to the ground. If the pusher intended to do bodily harm, he would have been on top of the other guy immediately after pushing him. Instead, the pusher maintained his distance of a few feet from the pushee. As the shooter pulled out his gun, the other guy backed away before getting shot.
