This topic has been debated a lot. The National Rifleman's expert on home defense and tac ops recommends using an AR for home defense. Shotguns and handguns are going to have more of a risk of overpenetration than 5.56. An AR gives you more accuracy, more ammo and the ability to defeat soft body armor. Downside is you can't put them in your bedside table and they're very loud inside.

The point i was getting at earlier though is that you dont have to aim, like the guy in the hotel if your just spraying bullets it doesnt matter.
Looks pretty accurate to me.

If I owned a gun, and it had a personality, it would self-indentify as a "flower" and thus could not be confiscated when our second amendment is abolished by our criminal politicians.
I love the idea that we can't possibly deport 10-12 million illegal aliens but it is totally feasible for the government to confiscate 300 million privately owned firearms. I guess it comes down to priorities.
Just sayin
Time to repeal the 2nd amendment.
