The militia can be regulated, but there's nothing there saying that you can regulate guns - and removing is infringing. You can't just make shit up whenever you feel like it and expect us to fall for it. We're not Democrats.

Guns are already regulated and some are effectively banned. Just needs to be and include more kinds of guns.

And illegal aliens commit no more crimes than citizens once inside the country.

Guns are far more an emergency than aliens. It's not even close to any rational person. This leaves out Trumpers and gun nuts.
