No those are not the ones I and others posted with the DOJ and DHS reports on crime, prison numbers and illegal immigrants.
Bottom line -- illegal immigrants greatly over-represent the percentage of the federal prison population. Over 25% of federal prisoners are illegal immigrants -- and these are immigrants convicted of crimes that are not illegal entry.
Are you sure about this number? I read many of the people undocumented in federal custody were held for immigration violations and something like 46% had another charge, mostly related to nonviolent drug offenses.

They are, it's prison time after the 2nd illegal entry
Which is a small tiny fraction based on the DOJ and DHS reports. Most are in for violent felonies are large scale distribution of drugs.
