Everyone in the State Department is authorized to run their own server in their basement with no security protections and beyond the reach and knowledge of the department and when the state department requests copies because they dont have backup they are free to delete whatever they want and then bleachbit it.

Yup. I am pretty sure that is covered in the Departmental policies.

Heh, the witch-hunters are getting a sniff of defeat and trying to go high minded about what this investigation is all about.

Let me give you a clue. Yes, the investigation is supposed to be a counter-intelligence investigation and not a criminal investigaton just nail Trump. But dont kid yourself. The roots of this investigation go back to all that dossier stuff, fbi misconduct and collusion, etc that all were intended to bring down a president who committed the crime of having been lawfully elected without the Swamp's approval.
 
Speaking of collusion, I like how how the DNC is suing the Trump campaign for collusion. Oh was Wikileaks ever a fountain of stank on the DNC. The DNC was one giant collusion factory - just ask Bernie supporters.

I don’t think so anymore but, yes, there was a precedent of Secretaries of State using private email and it was not forbidden.

And, under the law all officials are allowed to review all emails and remove all personal emails from the public record.

Well the DOJ has other investigations goin on but Mueller’s is specific to the Trump campaign and Russia. You’re just in a tizzy because you’re afraid of the extent and impact of Russian interference that may be uncovered, and how it may have actually have helped Trump win.
