How is that Wall coming along?

Apparently that's not true. In fact we now have a very good indication that a person doesn't need to know anything at all to become President. And they don't even have to be mentally stable. They just have to be good at playing to low information voters' prejudices and telling them whatever it is they want to hear. Things like,"My favorite book is the Bible," "lock her up," and "we're going to replace Obama care with something fantastic!", "bomb the shit out of terrorists," and build a big beautiful wall and get Mexico to pay for it:D

What we are learning now is what happens when you have someone with a very serious personality disorder in the Oval Office. Break out the cotton candy. Ringling Bros., Barnum and Bailey is on Pennsylvania Avenue.

As usual, you fail to identify the root cause of how Trump was elected. It wasn't because people were duped by all of his shenanigans. It was because people would rather have taken the chance on someone new rather than risk the same disaster with Hillary that they got with Obama.

Wrong. The low information voters voted for Hillary. In fact, many no-information voters were voting for Hillary.

If Trump voters were the low information voters, why would all those democrats block off roads to stop people from getting to Trump rallies and "get information"? Obviously the democrats didn't want any more people getting more information on Trump, lest they might vote for him.

If I go out today and ask 10 Hillary voters to name just one of her campaign promises, how many do you think would be able to list even 1? I would say 10% could list 1. The only campaign promise most people know of Hillary's was to "Stop Trump" (which she broke, by the way)

The alternative wasn't very good. Hillary right about now would be telling us how all white males are evil on a daily basis and that we must allow an endless steam of Islamic Refugees to be here or we are racist. Never mind the part where Hillary called Black People "super predators" or that her mentor (Robert Byrd) was a member of the KKK. You don't appear to be a "low information" voter piezoe so tell me how information like that strikes you? I guess Trump wanting a Wall ranks higher on your racism chart than anything Bill or Hillary ever did?

Want to have a peak at what our future would have been like with Hillary? Take a look at modern day France where their leading presidential candidate Marcon said that terrorism will be "part of our daily life for years to come". Let the flood gates stay open rather than risk being "racist". Who gives a shit about quality of life, it is all about not appearing to be racist.

I can't figure out which is worse, Trump and Republicans continued inactivity and "do-nothingness" or Democrats and their tired old playbook of identity politics?
I didn't care for Hillary myself. And I'm not blind to Bill's faults by any means. But I sure as hell voted for Hillary! And that's one vote I doubt I'll ever regret. I wonder what would have happened had Bernie run as an independent. As long as Corporations have key First Amendment rights, and the voting public is increasingly less well informed and easy marks for disinformation campaigns, it's going to be tough on breakthrough candidates running outside the mainstream parties. Even the qualified ones. Maybe, just maybe, four years from now.

On another note, the Russians are reportedly very active in France in support of Le Pen. Soros back last Feb, 2016, said that the Russian economy was in serious trouble, and that Putin's goal was to weaken both the EU and the U.S., however he could. It seems these 2016 Soros observations are turning out to be quite cogent.

It's ironic that butthurt dems like piezoe sneer at Trump voters as "low information", yet their biggest complaints of the elections concerned information getting to voters. For example, they were livid about the DNC and Podesta leaks, which revealed the utter corruption of the democrat party and the sickening degree of media toadying going on behind the scenes. They were livid at FBI Director Comey for informing voters of the degree to which Hillary had mishandled secret government documents. They were determined that details of her obviously failing health should be kept hidden from voters. They did their best to deepsix the obvious conflicts of interest involving her duties as Secretary of State and the family slush fund aka Clinton Foundation, not to mention the millions earned for short speeches to various groups with big business before the government.

Obama and Clinton did their best to mislead voters on numerous issues, from health care to Benghazi. They had the media running interference for them the entire time.

Yet the problem was those odious low information voters being duped by Trump, Breitbart and the Russians. Sure it was.

Well I am glad that you are upfront about who you voted for. Thank you for being clear about that.

Can I ask you another serious question, why does it appear that you along with many Democrats are willing to easily brush aside those who are concerned with undocumented immigration and Islamic Immigration yet you fully believe in this grand Russian global conspiracy?

You simply sum up these people as being "racist" for having these concerns. Every act of Islamic Terrorism as well as every undocumented person walking around the USA is a real life data-point to be added to the collective information pool of people you claim that lack information on this issue.

The observations of Soros and Russian conspiracy rumors outweigh these concerns?

Citizen's United allowed Trump to beat Hillary because corp's were for Trump and outspent real news?

Come on pie, you can do better than that.

Be honest. You haven't voted for a Republican in over 50 years. If the Democrats nominated a loaf of bread, you would vote for it over a Republican.

The objective evidence shows that there is a Russian conspiracy. And the objective evidence shows that most of Trump's claims on illegal immigration and on Islamic terrorism are wrong.

Building a wall isn't racist. It's just impractical and it's ludicrious to say (and even more ludicrous to believe) Mexico will pay for it.

Vetting middle eastern refugees isn't racist. A "Muslim ban" whose original intent was to let in Christians from those countries is.
