The pictures obviously show cages.

At the same time they are begging foster families across the U.S. to take these kids in... and even offering large cash incentives to families who take them in --- and allowing all the foster restrictions such as requiring a bedroom for each child, etc. to be ignored. But still there are not enough takers... so the kids rot in cages for weeks.

Down in North Carolina -- they Spanish stations are even playing government sponsored commercials urging people to take in the unaccompanied migrant children. I imagine the campaign is not going well -- is a Hispanic family really going to trust the government not to attempt to deport them if they foster a child.

And let's not forget this - In the last month, lawyers working to reunite migrant families separated at the southern border during the Trump administration were able to connect 54 more children with their parents, NBC News reports.
