You do realize the last time they used chain link metal fences to hold the kids was under Obama. Hopefully you remember all the pictures of kids in cages from the Obama administration.
The compassionate Trump administration (*snicker*) replaced the chain link metal with plexiglass. Otherwise these kids are still locked up in cages in the exact same facilities used by Obama and Trump.... but now they are more overcrowded than ever.
