Question and I'm sure you've already thought of this being the great legal mind and high octane IQ man that you are. What if he isn't found guilty because of the state didn't prove the case to the jury, I'm guessing that wouldn't have anything to do with the stand your ground law. But you and tomdavis are the legal minds here, so clue us non legally trained lay people in.
