That's exactly right! The defense has a case of massive reasonable doubt in this matter. Even more, it's CLEAR the guy was overcharged. BIG mistake! The poor bastard may have already plead to a manslaughter charge just to get past it, but no, the State choose a charge can't stand on its face in this matter. I say the guy walks. Last, I bet if the jury comes out hung, the state tries again, the political correct malpractitioners!:mad:

You didn't ask me, but IMO who "started" the confrontation that went physical is going to be the key element these overcharging morons have to prove. It's obvious George confronted the guy being the security guard, but who threw down, and what led up to it is what the prosecution's gotta prove here.

They've gotta prove zimmerman's intent was murder, even though all they could have ever had was a manslaughter. He walks.

"Lawyer Mark O’Mara said during a hearing last Tuesday that the defense had obtained video footage of three fights, including one in which he said two of Martin’s friends "were beating up a homeless guy."

But Zimmerman's defense team corrected that statement on Sunday, saying O'Mara had unintentionally "misstated the nature" of the footage.

In a statement posted on Zimmerman’s website, the defense lawyers said the footage actually showed "two homeless guys fighting each other over a bike."

I'd believe they'll have to prove who provoked the physical altercation. Problem is, only one is alive to tell the story. There were zero witnesses. In other words, who got physical first, and what in theory, brought that on.

Is it a lie he was smoking dope and had pics on his phone of him doing so, talking about .380 pistols via text, then talking about being a "gangsta" via text? This is what he did.

Now, what about those three things aren't bad? You hate people with guns, but the ADMITTED "gangsta," drug using travon wanted a .380 GUN to be the gangsta. You really are dumb! Wow!
