Again IMO a civil case is the best case and has a reasonable chance for a win for the Martin family.

But you'll have to get lucrum to speak up on this he's the one here with the legal facts on Florida law. Not legal opinions mind you but facts.

Question and I'm sure you've already thought of this being the great legal mind and high octane IQ man that you are. What if he isn't found guilty because of the state didn't prove the case to the jury, I'm guessing that wouldn't have anything to do with the stand your ground law. But you and tomdavis are the legal minds here, so clue us non legally trained lay people in.

What about the prosecutors withholding evidence? What about the Governor appointing a special prosecutor to prosecute Zimmerman because the normal prosecutor's office refused. What about Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the Black Panthers and others lying about Zimmerman and threatening to violate his rights and stoking the fires of racial hate?

This is just racism and you are a racist. Your comments prove you are a racist even from what little we can discern from your broken English.

How about you tell us what country you where born in, and what your race is so we can have a better understanding of why you ignore facts and law and behave in a racist manner.
