Yawn....... Israel attacked by Hamas

Let's not play devil's advocate for terrorists either. Terrorists see targets of opportunity, nothing else. Sadly this attack just gave Israel greenlight to do in Gaza what the US did to Afg. The least charitable excuse one could use is that of making a music festival next to Gaza, arguably rubbing in the occupation but that's not deserving of death. Hamas broadcasting atrocities around the world will not be well received by Palestenian-sympathetic libs. either.

WSJ reporting Hamas and Hezbollah met with and coordinated with Iran. Israeli intelligence confirming some meetings.

Its not devil's advocate, one must get a grasp on the motivations. GWB is actually wrong because the Palestinian Authority split between Gaza and West Bank after the PLO were voted out in 2006. They actually are the legit government but after all the hard work creating a framework America was sad to see the people disagreed with the unelected authoratarian authority and.. Fuck it, Arafat's stupid tea towel face is in my mind now..

They didn't attack only to be killed off over months/years. There is a plan, brains must be spun up to see it.

......Opponents of Israel's policy of targeted killings claim that it violates the laws of war. They argue that these targeted killings are extrajudicial, which violates the norms and values of a democratic society.[36]

Some[who?] question whether the IDF claims of no other way is correct and debate the secret process of IDF deliberations. Moreover, many[who?] feel that actual injury and death of innocent bystanders, unintended as they may be, makes a strong claim against targeted killings. Some hold that such strikes do not reduce terrorism, but encourage more recruits to join militant factions, and are a setback to the Middle East peace process.[39]

In 2003, 27 Israeli Air Force pilots composed a letter of protest to the Air Force commander Dan Halutz, announcing their refusal to continue and perform attacks on targets within Palestinian population centers, and claiming that the occupation of the Palestinians "morally corrupts the fabric of Israeli society".[40] After more than 30 signed, 4 later recanted. One, an El Al pilot, was threaten with dismissal and another lost his civilian job.[40]

even if all that is true, a government can commit terrorism.

Targeted killing by Israel
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Targeted_killing_by_Israel
.....According to the Israeli Human Rights organization B'Tselem, which uses data independent of the Israeli military, Israeli targeted killings claimed 425 Palestinian lives between September 2000 and August 2011. Of these, 251 persons (59.1 percent) were the targeted individuals and 174 (40.9 percent) were civilian bystanders. This implies a ratio of civilians to targets of 1:1.44 during the whole period.

The civilian casualty ratio of the targeted killings was surveyed by Haaretz military journalist Amos Harel. In 2002 and 2003, the ratio was 1:1, meaning one civilian killed for every target killed. Harel called this period "the dark days" because of the relatively high civilian death toll as compared to later years. He attributed this to an Israeli Air Force (IAF) practice of attacking targets even when they were located in densely populated areas. While there were always safety rules, argued Harel, these were "bent" at times in view of the target's importance.

So you still have no instances of the IDF mass murdering innocent Palestinians with gunfire while they ran away across a field.

So cite an example where the IDF deliberately opened fire with gunfire on innocent Palestinian civilians who were running away and killed hundreds of them.
And I am not talking about Palestinians throwing rocks and launching weapons at the IDF — these people are not innocent.
Oh right, so you mean that Palestinians throwing rocks justifies retaliation by troop gunfire?

Oh mate, you just love to exagerate don't you.
We see it in hundreds of your posts about Musk and GOP etc, banging on day and night.

Not an exaggeration. You cannot cite a single instance where the IDF mass murdered with gunfire innocent civilians running away across a field. This is a statement of fact.

The IDF response to rock throwers involved verbal warnings, firing in the air, and use of non-lethal projectiles such as rubber bullets before proceeding to live ammo as a last resort. Completely different situation than the Hamas terrorists deliberately mass murdering innocent civilians with gunfire running away across a field.
