So according to you, all the persons in power on Wall Street made it there on their own,
without cannibalizing the astute judgements of others left behind.
And if you are correct there are very few to no examples of brokerages and banks
having imploded.
Commonly known as "Single Digit Midgets",
these companies (according to you) are not the result of management/traders following the "Marxist Model", but rather promoting only the best and brightest.

How are they marginalised exactly? After living in many countries, I've realised the world very much runs on merit. If you're advocating hiring based on genitalia or skin color then we can just agree to disagree.
