and quit posting your beefcake..you ain't that cute anymore..what are you 40? :D

Was just poking a bit of fun at you Baron, I saw your pic.

You have a great site here however it has been slow recently, especially the longer threads seem affected .

Anyway that's my experience, FWIW.

Baron, something really does need to be done on the ES Journal forum.
Some days it is really slow.
Can something like cutting it into Parts 1,2,3, etc. be done to cause it to speed up?
Today it's nearly impossible to get to the last page.

I just tested it...I get there immediately...

But you're special, ES.:p
Actually, right after I posted, it did go there immediately for me, also.
But, oftentimes it truly is slow to load.

I mostly get fast access to ET from my desktop.

My DSL download speed is approx 1.31 Mbps and upload speed is approx 0.32 Mbps according to speedtest.net. That is an extremely slow connection yet ET works fine and is pretty quick.

No complaints about ET but man I do need to get a faster connection. Gonna call AT&T and gripe about it right now.

First I'll try to tether to my smartphone and see if that is faster over 3G.

My speed with my desktop tethered to AT&T 3G via my ancient AT&T Tilt (HTC Kaiser) smartphone is nearly as fast:

I was planning on going full mobile with a laptop tethered to a 4G smartphone but was going to wait a couple of months. Might as well go that way asap.

Anyway, my point was that ET isn't slow because of its server infrastructure.
