Why don't House Rs send over an item by item budget?

Quote from Ricter:

I knew you wouldn't like it, I don't particularly like seeing the opposition hamstring itself, since power does corrupt and I don't think my team should have all of it. Anyway, the public overwhelmingly does not want the government shutdown, or the debt ceiling unraised, in order to defund Obamacare.

Edit: my message to the tea party n00bs in the House--don't put all your eggs in one basket.

the leftist spin... being "in order to"..
polls can be swung by making the answer seem petty.

but in a real poll with non loaded questions...

the country does not want obamacare and does not want the debt ceiling raised.

The question was asked both ways, with and without the shutdown vs. Obamacare choice, and we're both right. But the House crazies linked the two, they made it "in order to". Big mistake.

It's very sad that a lunatic liberal like rectum who claimed to have partied on "the Orlando Beach" gets this kind of attention from what I thought were common sense people... Really guys?

Everyone has met an asshole like him. He's the guy who will play "devil's advocate" ad absurdum. He'll tell you that you are wrong, then proceed to explain to you the exact same thing you just said, but will take full credit for his explanation.

Yes. That, coupled by the fact he's been found to be not only a compulsive liar, but outlandish liar, I wonder why anyone here even entertains responding to him.:confused:It's VERY clear he's here to derail threads, and the sad part is, he actually derails common sense threads/discussions due to people replying to his lunacy...

So this former congressman thinks it's a big problem that the republicans are beholden to ordinary middle class voters who want some control over government spending and intrusion into our lives, less foreign adventures, control over our borders and no more bailouts for big unions. That's a big problem.

It's not a problem that the democrats are beholden to parasites who want other people to support them, illegal immigrants, union goons and corrupt businessmen.

These "moderates" want a neutered republican party that will pay attention to big business and do what lobbyists tell them to do.

Yes it IS. I was under the impression they are supposed to be representing us. Now the bat shit crazy liberals are arguing otherwise.

Last night I saw that the Rs., will be sending over plenty of item by item bills.

Now the leadership needs to get on with a consistent message...
saying this is how business was done when the budget was under control and this is how it will be done going forward.

Its not a trick... its transparency.

They need to get control over this message.

Every member has to get out in the news and push and push and push.

Transparency... proper accounting.
House won - obamacare was voted out.

And once again, you waste your talent when you could be in office, fighting off these tyrants... Don't expect a nice Christmas present from Leap unless you go do this!:D
