Why don't House Rs send over an item by item budget?

if the fricken Republican leadership had a half a brain and I know they do, they would send over the budget by department or section.
Then leftist cheerleaders and liars could not get away with blaming republicans and every part of the govt as we know would be funded.
It would be the democrats not voting dept by dept.

The R leadership is all of a sudden going to stand firm in 3 weeks when default is threatened... what a lying sellout.

Send over the budget section by section with a provision extend the debt ceiling by that much. They win on both issues... and the people win.
And we save a few trillion.

The President needs to flip 5 Republicans to get what he wants.
Why is he putting pressure on the most conservative wing of the House?
Obama should try flipping 5 moderate republicans who were elected from districts that went to Obama. These are the easiest republican votes to trade for.
ANSWER: Obama does not want to get 5 more votes. He wants to blame Tea party Congressman , votes Obama would never ,ever win.
