Can any method of scientific observation yield knowledge of the entirety of the universe?
Not guesses, but actual evidence of the entirety of the universe.

So scientists have opinions that there is no entirety of the universe, because they cannot validate the entirety of the universe with scientific means of observation?
I think you will find the reverse is true, that scientists do hold that there is an entirety of the universe, whether finite or infinite even though they have no means of verification through measurement.
In fact, I think most scientist now only believe there is an entirety of the universe, they would say they know there is an entirety of the universe.
How could they know, when they cannot test that knowledge with scientific instrumentation?
