It doesn't violate to Constitution to concentrate stop & frisk in high crime neighborhoods, which are black and brown. You wanted an equal number of Asians and whites to be stopped.

You've backtracked from what you said earlier about stopping and equal number of whites and Asians.
So would more gun regulations.If we are going to violate the constitution to stop gun violance Id rather do it in a way that stops them from getting the guns.Thats better and safer for the cops,potential victims and even the gang members.
