The majority of black and brown people do not commit crimes so thier constitutional rights should not be violated.
That's very true, and I'm sure the NYC cops aren't stopping some OG's walking down the street on their way to the park.
It's when you loiter on a corner in a drug infested neighborhood that it might become a problem.
Should they move their stop and frisk operations outside of Goldman Sachs? Maybe grab some thumb-drives and catch some real crooks? But thumb-drives don't shoot people, guns do.
The constitution says otherwise.
The fact that 70% of the people they stopped and frisked shows they don't have real probable cause to stop and search these people.
Actually they should.They would probably find more cocaine on them than in the hood.
I'm taking a mental health break from this, ipatent is just another in the long line of getting old and fearful who has read The Bell Curve.
Twenty to thirty years ago I worked with a lot of black African guys, not American black/white hybrids the Bell Curve says are smarter but the really black people the scientific racists put on the bottom of the pile of humanity, IQ 70-75 average.
And yet.. Many of these guys I worked with, the ones who lived to raise kids, antivirals not being available for many, have kids in university doing substantial subjects in 2022 and preceeding years. It's almost as if they are not genetically extremely limited in IQ and having a mom and a dad with a decent job providing a safe home and good food makes a big difference to outcome.
Anyway, ipatent read The Bell Curve and knows better than I.
I'm off for a couple of weeks as I'm at my limit again with inferior whites being pathetic.

Expensive hotels where they meet thier high priced prostitutes would be a good spot as well.They'd get a lot of prostitution, cocaine,ecstasy etc busts there.

In their eyes they did. That's why instituting a policy that requires them to write a report makes sense.
That or asking them to move along (like the Federal Court ruled in Philly) before they initiate a search.
Seems reasonable to me Tony. Do you have a problem with citizens complying with police instructions? Because if more did, 99% of these incidents would never happen. I've pointed that out numerous times here, you seem to not want to acknowledge that simple fact.
It took a Federal Court to force that and stop hundreds of thousands of peoples from having their 4th amendment rights violated every year.Of course right ring racist such as yourself,ipatent,GWB,Trump etc wants to start doing it again.
