Forgive me if I don't base my political choices on what a few stock brokers from Palm Beach say, particularly since we all know they would commit genocide to get a slice of Trump's account.
There would be winners and losers under Trump, but a president is severely circumscribed in his ability to cut programs or employment. Congress calls the tune and the republicans have not exactly shown themselves to be anything but tools of corporate America.
Under Obama and Clinton the winners have been those who could play the crony capitalism game adroitly. So we get billions going to bogus solar power scams who just happen to be big Obama contributors, and we block imports of Canadian oil, so we can continue being dependent on countries like Venezuela and Saudi Arabia. If possible, Clinton is even more compromised ethically than Obama, so we can really expect to get a reaming to pay off her supporters. I fail to see how Trump is not an improvement over that.
The democrat party and their media allies are terrified that Trump will draw support from blue collar workers and unions, groups the democrats see as their property. We have traded solid middle class jobs for the ability to buy cheap tee shirts at Walmart. Not everyone sees that as a great deal, even if Mitt Romney and his CEO buddies disagree.
This is an important statement in the above commentary and is the base reason why many swing voters who do critical thinking will select Trump over Hillary in November.
