What is that one thing that has been a game changer for you?

When I understood it's doable and I decied to to it.
When I understood key price levels in my TF and 1 TF level above my TF.
when I understood the deference in the PA details in key price levels.
With volume analysis of course.

Giving up trading became a game changer to my life. Life is short. Don't waste your time trading.

"Strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

How about a nice game of chess."

Studying economics has really helped me become a better forex trader. I know exactly when to trade with a particular currency and when to exit my position. It's been really very helpful.

After years of experience as a trader, I know that every trader has a unique journey.
We have to find our own ways and continuously test until we find something that works best for us but life is too short to make all the mistakes on your own.
That being said, we can always help new traders by sharing the worst possible mistakes we committed or the best tip that has changed trading for us.
I am opening this thread for all the fellow traders to share one such thing.

Game changer for me was patience.

A simple trading strategy is one of the best things that we can incorporate into our trading systems. And knowing that changed the game for me.

The beginning of my forex trading career was a roller coaster ride. I didn’t get what I expected to get. The market seemed really unfair to me. But then I decided to take a break and get my basics stronger. It worked and since then, I have been doing great in the market and have a better idea of when to do what.
