Vaccine Linked to Myocarditis... you fucking Dangerous idiots GWB and friends

The heart inflammation appears to be higher among young people, so higher than the stat pushed forward by GWB, while he appears to still be at loss with the fatality rate, especially among below 70 y old folks.

Let´s see in a few months if testing get better and we find more asymptomatic, a study came a few days ago (link below, although I haven´t read that particular one), they discovered antibodies to covid in people who had gone through covid with light symptoms or asymptomatic, they expect those antibodies to be long lasting and act strongly against reinfection, while methods available on the market can´t detect them yet.

Not anti wax myself, but would much rather wait, see which vaccines are safer (they´ll probably come up with better vaccines over the next couple of years) and if I need one at all (been grappling with a whole bunch of people just before they tested positive for covid over the last year, so suspect I was immune before the beginning of the outbreak or got a very light case of it)

How scared are you?

Of Covid ?? Not enough to stop sweating in each other eyes and mouth while training, so not much at all... issue with vaccine is it is not only offered as an option, it is presented as the only option to get back rights taken way over the last year.

Besides I must say that while a lot of people who have taken the vaccine here (many in the gyms are from Police, Army, Health Care and although young have already been vaccinated, at least once) have reported unpleasant side effects, they are still overall lesser than the issues reported by those who actually tested positive for covid, Long term is a big question mark though. Several had passed covid yet had to feel sick again after taking the vaccine. A shame if the vaccine is of no help to them

Just to play devil's advocate, if an individual gets myocarditis from the vaccine, the same thing probably would've happened if they got the virus. Plus the odds of catching the virus seem pretty high if you aren't vaccinated. More than 10% of our population has already tested positive, and we know the true number is much higher than that. So they probably would've faced a similar outcome, regardless of whether or not they got vaccinated.

All that being said, this is why vaccines that are only authorized for emergency use shouldn't be mandated by schools and businesses. People should be able to make their own decisions until they receive full FDA approval.

How many people from your gym have had anything worse than a bad influenza since the lockdowns started?
How old is the most elderly at your gym?

From the gyms 2 guys I can think of have been hospitalized at least, some had a very bad 2 to 4 weeks, some had shorter episodes but quite bad, pondering whether they would go to the emergency (bad flu could do that I guess, I can´t remember having a flu since kid, those same guys do feel like they´ve had a bad flu). For many it was no big deal.
Weird case is my NoGi bjj coach, a very lean (too slim ?) full time athlete in his early 30s, he got covid when it came to our shores in March 2020, 2 weeks headaches, than 2 weeks bad cough if I remember properly, but after that he became allergic to a whole bunch of things, the allergy season for him is now well over 6months and messes him up while he wasn´t allergic before.
A 40 fit y o guy Crossfit competitor training in our neighbourhood made waves when he died following covid infection a few months back, and a powerlifter I follow on internet spent a while in ICU (I used to work out with his friend, very big guys on high doses of very nasty steroids)
Besides I´ve known and heard of many many asymptomatic to mild cases here in Madrid outside the gyms. Heard of very few very severe cases, which are the ones you expect people to talk about.
Incidentally I lost 2 of the last family members of my grandparents´generation, but of cancer, they got lousy medical care with all covid related policies and didn´t make it through the year, 1 grandmother is left, late 90s, didn´t get covid but it seems the restrictions imposed on her lifestyle took a heavy toll on her.

Would animal studies expose a possible flaw of this nature?
I couldn't tell you. I'm not really that familiar with the drug approval process. Here's something interesting to consider though: A study of professional athletes found that 0.6% developed myocarditis or pericarditis after contracting the virus. These were extremely healthy individuals with an average age of 25.

So based off the statistics posted in this thread, you're about 100X more likely to develop heart inflammation from infection than from vaccination. That's something everyone should consider when deciding whether or not to get vaccinated.
