Trump Has Violated Constitution

I always knew you were an independent thinker AAA.

When it comes down to Trump, the democrat and the Green party and libertarian candidates he will vote for Trump again (If Trump hasn't started WWIII and killed him)

You seriously don't want to piss Bombard off. She will make you look more foolish than the Scarecrow on the Wizard of Oz, famous for pointing in two directions at the same time, and having no brain.

Personally, I admit I only watched half of this, so I don't know how many body language lies Bombard caught. But here WAS another supporter (Bombard) who is totally turned off by whatever that thing is standing behind the podium.

I find myself going into an eight year Barry Soetoro ignore mode, where for eight years I never watched more than a few sound bytes of the Lier in Chief, and only when the media forced the slick spectacle in front of my eyes.

Wake me up in 3.5 years and tell me what Trump said next, after this stupid speech.

We have a new conservative supreme court justice now, so it's not like he violated anything that was living.

I have to admit I am utterly amazed by this. I suppose we should have seen something like this coming. It is what happens when a novice politician fills his cabinet and national security posts with people who didn't even vote for him or support him and who have been dead wrong about every important foreign policy issue.

I don't think Trump is so stupid that he fell for the dead baby pictures. I think he cynically saw an opportunity to disarm his critics and look hugely presidential by emulating two of our worst presidents, the Bushes. Now he has the WSJ editorial page on his side. Congratulations.

Trump better understand that he is not Ronald Reagan, with decades of loyal service to the conservative cause to fall back on. Trump's supporters, the alt right, the unemployed coal miners and factory workers, the middle America patriots, didn't sign on for more war, more tax cuts for billionaires and continued obamacare.

Not only are they bombing in Syria, Tillerson is running around talking about regime change. It seems a large percentage of the Trump pompom boys are cheering this on. I always knew you were an independent thinker AAA.

I can tolerate setbacks when he is trying to advance the agenda we voted for. We knew he would have to battle a corrupt judiciary, a traitorous media and fanatical democrat embeds in the agencies.

This however was an unforced error. He launched an unprovoked attack with no congressional authorization and risked a massive escalation with Russia. And for what? To please John McCain?

We cannot be even remotely sure who was responsible for this chemical attack, if there even was one. All we have is propaganda from muslim terrorists who have shown themselves quite adept at producing propaganda in the past. Our own bombings killed hundreds of iraqi civilians just in the past couple of weeks. Are they entitled to demand regime change here?

Fuck congress. It would take those assholes a year to decide on place setting for lunch. To the point of the action. You can't whine and cry about all the terrible things happening in some country, draw lines that you say cannot be crossed and then do nothing when more terrible things happen as a result of the line being crossed. Now if you want to ignore people being slaughtered like we do on Africa, well then you can just close your eyes and go along with your business. Bottom line, either shut up when this nasty shit happens or do something of substance when it does. These strongly worded condemnations are weak and the primary reason why the world is in the state it's in. Next up. North Korea should be nuked into oblivion.

Maybe but the whole point of the War Clause is to act as a check on one man's impulses, no matter how justifiable. We have a Constitution, not a monarchy or dictatorship.

You would think they would have learned their lesson but they haven't. It seems the overwhelming majority of Muslims in the middle east are hell bent on living in the 7th century. Whenever you are in a situation where you have to consult with tribal leaders, you know you are in a stupid situation. We need to step back and let these people determine their own future and stay out of it. We spend all this money and lose all these lives while the turd-burgers in Dubai are building indoor ski slopes in the middle of the desert. Just because nation building worked in Germany, Japan, and South Korea, it does not mean it works everywhere.
