You must be severely deranged if you think banning Muslims would lower incidents of gun massacres. By far the most common perpetrator is a Caucasian male followed by an African-American male. Why not just ban all men from entering the US? But the one perp in the latest one was female you say? Crap, then we need to ban everyone.
But we know IS uses Twitter and other social media to communicated, better be safe and shut down the internet as well.

We don't need people to creatively change this subject (terrorism) to gun violence.
We are talking about doing our best to prevent all types of terrorism not just gun massacres.
The point is until we can screen out terrorist lets not take in any more immigrants.

As I have tried to explain, we have enough wackos and gang bangers here already. We are stuck with them. We also know that a certain percentage of muslim immigrants will turn out to be terrorists and we have no real way of knowing who they are. We are under no legal, constitutional or moral imperative to admit anyone as an immigrant, so why is it insane to stop or at least severely curtail the flow of people from the one group that has proven most dangerous? Isn't the government's first duty to protect its citizens?
It's not like we are singling out muslims randomly. Our two most deadly terrorist attacks were perpetrated by them. They are the source of virtually all terrorism in the world at large. It might inconvenience some peaceful muslims, but it's not like they don't have 100 other countries to go to.
