This Ted Cruz is a flat out wackjob

You claimed the republican party is home only to nut cases. I was merely pointing out that apparently includes the majority of white voters.
I don't recall claiming that, but it makes a certain amount of sense now that you mention it.

I was not referring to illegal immigrants in that comment.

U.S. immigrants and their U.S.-born children now number approximately 80 million persons, or one-quarter of the overall U.S. population.

These are the voters I am talking about. (Not illegal immigrants voting which is a different issue).

We are bringing in about a million democrats a year. Half of the immigrants get public assistance and many more do not pay taxes.

This is why I laugh when you try to blame Reagan's tax cuts on distribution of wealth problem. You have no idea what your team has done to the buget to the tax base and economics of this country. Your arguments manifest an indifference to economic and financial facts.

It shouldn't be necessary to point this out again, but "millions more immigrant... [non-citizens]..." can't vote in national elections. This business about non-citizens voting in National elections is one of the more amusing things a person can read on ET.

Most of you retards damning Keynes in this thread have previously admitted that government (if it could be trusted) should be lowering taxes and increasing spending (on things you approve of) in a recession, especially when borrowing costs are so (historically) low. Of course we differ on whose taxes should be cut, which taxes should be cut, and what programs we should spend on.

who is damning keynes. Keynes was also a supply sider during economic downturns.

if you want to talk about the FED creating trillions of dollars on its own.... that is another story. that is not keynesian economics in play... that is private central banking and fractional reserve banking.
