By the way... I don't think amnesty should even be on the table for only part of the wall.

It should be coupled with the Wall and complete immigration reform including the removal of anchor baby concepts and surrogate tourism.

(As far hiring American women to have Children for foreigners.
I understand what a great gift it can be.
So I will not comment on the morality of it.
But, if we are going to have this industry it should be done correctly.
No citizenship for the child.
And at least a 10 million dollar lifetime medical insurance policy for the child in case needs medical treatment during his or time in America.

We should not be absorbing financial risks when the baby does not turn out the way the parent desire. The genetic parents should be responsible for the costs.)
