The Dems will gladly do DACA permanent residency with path to citizenship for the 5 billion. They just need to have Trump on public record saying it so he doesn't do a 180 as he did a year ago.

Right now I don't think they would.

Until polls show Dems taking most of the blame for the shutdown I don't think they are interested in negotiating with Trump at all.
