Yes females do have a Genetic disadvantage too when it comes to abstract reasoning.

But females do have a numbers advantage, 170 million females in the US, there will be more Outliers in terms of absolute numbers.

You have acknowledged the role of genetics, and existence of outliers. Thank you. Let's work with those:

Twice your IQ would still fit comfortably within hers. Probably she will prosper, marry well, and pass her "smart genes" on to her offspring, who will also likely have the benefit of an enriched environment. And so on. Your family won't catch up. Sorry you won't born better or luckier.

By the way, I've read The Bell Curve, and two of Gladwell's books, too. You should read Peak, by Anders Ericsson, if you are genuinely interested in the utility of your IQ argument.

I think Africa does need the equivalent of Indian IITs.

There is enough of a population in Africa. Over a billion. There will enough smart ones born by sheer numbers alone to be good enough to learn programming and get work visas for silicon valley. Although as a percentage it will be very small.

The bith count from 40 million Blacks in the US is not large enough to fill Silicon Valley in large numbers, only a small number will be smart enough. This is why we dont see many Blacks in Silicon Valley today.

The Indians are not that smart either but they manage to do it by sheer numbers.

Capitalism. We have had it for 100s of years.

When the communists took over they set the Chinese back a century compared to us.

But now they are more capitalist they are catching up fast and will eventually surpass the west.

But you have been arguing that IQ is the determinant of behaviors and life outcomes. The Chinese should not have been poor to begin with, should not have had a lacking economy, based on your logic.

Very few blacks will have IQ > 130 which is required to make it into the top tech firms.

Having done several tours of duty in big tech I can tell you this is not true. I've met some of the dullest most dimwitted people working in tech and the worst part is they all had prestigious STEM degrees from reputable schools.
