THAT INCLUDES EATING SOME BEEF. Its perfectly ok :)

One small steak or pork chop per day had the GREATEST risk! ONE small steak doesn't just put you over the top, it places you in the HIGHEST risk group.

Does that mean vegetarians are lowest risk group? a resounding YES! :D
 
Simple solution, eat one steak a week and you'll be JUST fine :D
