There is no excess of iron in beef. The problem with vegetarians is getting ENOUGH iron and B-12 in their diet. Have you ever heard the term "intrinsic factor"? Look it up. You might learn something about the chance that you might die trying to be a vegetarian while meat eaters will live on and on and on while you are dying slowly from the inside out! A slow, painful death.. omg!
Have you even read anything about the pitfalls of being vegetarian at all?
Can you imagine tigers suddenly trying to become vegetarian?
How about sharks? Or any other animal who eats other animals? :eek:
