I never said "eat ALOT of saturated fats" I said eat in MODERATION.

Don't go out to either extreme.

Well, considering he's been a close friend for 20+ yrs, I REALLY don't feel any sense of worry that he is trying to "create" a problem :D

Well, the answer is NOT. There are a couple schools of thought and each thinks the opposite of the other.

All I know is someone who is TRAINED in the field says that it's ok to eat some saturated fats but to keep them in check because they KNOW that too much IS bad for you.

Again....GIVE MODERATION A CHANCE!
