when I only have ONE every several weeks, yes!

By the way, if saturated fat is truly your concern, just drink red wine every time you eat foods with saturated fats. Ever heard of the French Paradox? Incredibly low heart disease incidences among peoples who eat meats and cheeses at every meal......but they also drink red wine :)

Everything in life should be limited:

sleep, water, exercise, eating...all essential for living but overdo any of these and there could be devastating if not fatal consequences to our health. A chick ACTUALLY died from drinking TOO MUCH water. Crazy right? True story.

Point is, OF COURSE saturated fats should be limited. I can say the same thing for all vitamins and minerals too. And fiber, ever eat so much fiber way more than you are supposed to in a day? Horrible stomach issues.

"Everything" eaten is ok even the bad stuff as long as it is "limited"?
