the sooner we get away from BEEF

There is no reason to give something up that one likes if eating a certain amount does no harm to the body. In the end, the argument centers around whether or not eating any is bad for you. Your evidence, according to the models, say that some is NOT harmful so no reason to give it up completely.

I'm not admitting that, all I'm saying is that, by your own evidence, people DO NOT have to give 'beef the boot' completely. Some beef in the diet has no ill effects. In other words, does the body no harm if eaten in accordance to the 'models'.

Also, since when do humans ONLY do things that are required? Is ET required....NOPE! But you're still posting.

and "no more than" implies even LESS THAN THAT :D
 
actually he said 1-2 hamburgers a week does a body no harm, which is more hamburgers than I currently eat so actually this would have me INCREASING my hamburger consumption :D

The bottom line is, if beef were actually as bad as you think it is, the guy would be saying to eliminate it COMPLETELY.

Why not just say that??
