The Science Is Settled

And your made up "facts". It's not about the "bombardment to the immune system", but all the other ingredients.

Run along, stu. There's gotta be a religious thread somewhere you can troll.

You're not making any sense so I suppose nothing unusual there.

It's not about the ingredients you goof, you have decided to vaccinate your child. It is about the ignorance you display to do with combined vaccines.

Whatever, keep making shit up so your ego can play at being a smart ass. You'll have to leave it to chance your kid doesn't pay any downside from you acting like a fuckwit. Makes no difference to me.

You're not making any sense so I suppose nothing unusual there.

Says the guy who said I could do up to 100,000 vaccinations at once with no effect. I see.

It's not about the ingredients you goof, you have decided to vaccinate your child. It is about the ignorance you display to do with combined vaccines.

It's absolutely about the ingredients. I don't want a 1 year old vaccinated with a cocktail of 10 vaccinations that contain a mixture of:

sucrose, hydrolized gelatin, urea, sodium chloride, sorbitol, monodium L-glutamate, sodium phosphate, human albumin, sodium bicarbonate, potassium phosphate, potassium chloride, residual components of MRC-5 cells (including DNA and protein), neomycin, bovine serum albumin, other buffer and media ingredients, sodium phosphate dibasic, potassium phosphate monobasic, potassium phosphate dibasic (this is just for the MMR shot)

Vero cells, Eagle MEM modified medium, newborn calf serum, M-199 (without calf serum) 2-phenoxyethanol, formaldehyde, neomycin, streptomycin, polymyxin B, residual calf serum (Polio)

modified Mueller's media (contains bovine extracts), formaldehyde, ammonium sulfate, aluminum phosphate (TD)

yeast protein, soy peptone, dextrose, amino acids, mineral salts, potassium aluminum sulfate, amorphous aluminum hydroxyphosphate sulfate, formaldehyde (Hepatitis)

Vero cells, human serum albumin, sodium chloride, mannitol USP, meomycin, polymyxin B (smallpox)

all at once.

If he has to get those shots (and he did), I'd prefer to space them out (which I did).

Whatever, keep making shit up so your ego can play at being a smart ass. You'll have to leave it to chance your kid doesn't pay any downside from you acting like a fuckwit. Makes no difference to me.

My kid already has his vaccinations and is just fine. There's no downside. And I did it my way, not following some "fuckwit's" advice based on "proven science".

Have a nice day.

Your kid got the ingredients. He was vaccinated. So it's definitely not about the ingredients you idiot..
YOU just decided those ingredients, should not be given in combination contrary to the science. The same science which provides all the knowledge to do with vaccination in the first place. You did that from ignorance because YOU imagine it's not safe or whatever.

Fact is, not my fact, but the fact is, you're wrong . End of.

Wrong yet again. Wow, I normally ignore anything you say in your arguments with Jem and others here. Are you as thick headed there as you are here or am I just lucky? I'm saying it's about the amount/volume of all of those ingredients and the mixture. That a cocktail of that much foreign substance is something I'd rather space out, despite your "science" supposedly being "settled".

Fact is, not my fact, but the fact is, you're wrong . End of.

Your incredibly poor sentence structuring skills notwithstanding, you are correct. End of (discussion). So run along now.

Oh, is it really?...

It's absolutely about the ingredients.
I'm saying it's about the amount/volume of all of those ingredients and the mixture. That a cocktail of that much foreign substance is something I'd rather space out, despite your "science" supposedly being "settled".

So it's actually NOT about the ingredients themselves.
Not about what they are.
Not that they are "foreign substance", as you went ahead with vaccination.
But rather it's about the amount and the combination. That much being obvious all along except to yourself.

It's you and the unenlightened 'daddy knows best complex' deciding against combination vaccines per se.
It's not absolutely about the ingredients, but is for no evidence based reason in ignorance of the facts of how they work.
Better to hold some sort of conspiracy theory than educate yourself on the subject is apparently how you operate.

Combination vaccination is good for the same reasons vaccination is good. Science based fact and knowledge. Not wanting to vaccinate that way has no more validity than not wanting to vaccinate at all.

It's absolutely about the ingredients.
Your incredibly poor sentence structuring skills notwithstanding, you are correct. End of (discussion). So run along now.

Run along, lol.. what's that... your misplaced daddy complex trying to exert itself again?:D
Unfortunately for you there is no vaccine, combination or otherwise, against your inability to read a properly constructed sentence. Just education.
Try some comprehension lessons, then you might not stay quite the smart assed ignorant bastard you obviously feel comfortable in being.

Yes, really.

No, it's about the ingredients. I don't really like a lot of those things (formaldehyde, for example) but in small quantities, I'm sure they don't do all that much. Ten shots, with all that crap mixed in is certainly something I'd like to (and did) avoid. So yes, it's about the ingredients AND the quantity. You can try to hide around semantics all you'd like, but that's the truth of it. Obvious all along except to yourself.

If the "education" you speak of was decided, it might be easier to digest. But just because you claim it is, doesn't make it so (thank goodness - I can imagine a world run by "Stu".)

Combination vaccination is good for the same reasons vaccination is good. Science based fact and knowledge. Not wanting to vaccinate that way has no more validity than not wanting to vaccinate at all.

I disagree with your commentary, that's all there is too it. You can scoff if you'd like, but again, just because you say something is, doesn't make it so. If you ever find someone who will mate with you and have children, you'll be able to dose your kids with "up to 100,000 at one time" if you like. But in regards to my kids, I'm the daddy and I make the call. My child is healthy, happy and safe - and vaccinated.

Run along, lol.. what's that... your misplaced daddy complex trying to exert itself again?:D

Misplaced daddy complex? Nah, I just treat kiddies like they behave.

What you refer to as "education" has frequently been corrected, adjusted and even refuted throughout time. I'd prefer my child not be the basis for why it is refuted, and err on the side of caution. If pissy little liberals like yourself get their panties tied in a knot over that, then it's an added bonus as far as I'm concerned. Call me ignorant all you'd like, it makes no difference so long as my child is safe. You all can scream and froth at the mouth outside the boundaries of my family.

Now run along before I spank you (again)! :)

You don't like those things why? Name scary?
All you are saying is, despite the scientific knowledge, facts and evidence, you assume an ignorance about chemicals and how they are applied will give you a better understanding. pfft.

If the "education" you speak of was decided, it might be easier to digest. But just because you claim it is, doesn't make it so (thank goodness - I can imagine a world run by "Stu".)

Don't be so pathetic. It is completely obvious these are not my claims or my facts . You obviously have no understanding of the basic science or concept of the small and even miniscule amounts of ingredients being used enough only to trip an immune response. You seem to imagine not knowing that means in your world, it is better to be ignorant of it all.

Yeah you disagree because you have no real reason. You seem to believe disagreeing with the science and the facts to do with comination vaccine allows you to play out the role of a controlling parent. Even though your control comes from what is now these days, a lack of some basic knowledge.

But nevertheless, well done Ego daddy! You vaccinated your child and have made some stupid comments, but fortunately it's enough. Understanding what was really going on would have been a plus, though ignorance enables you to hold your personal conspiracy theories at the same time.

It made no difference indeed. You toed the line and vaccinated . As a wingnut that is some going. Well done!

The only one making a fuss here is you. Simple fact is the same science that develops vaccination develops combined vaccination. Both are safe. Latter is obviously somewhat safer than the former, as it gives no additional space for disease being vaccinated against. That's all there is to it.

Now run along before I spank you (again)! :)

Please, if you don't mind, keep your closet tendencies to yourself.;)

No, I don't like the idea of putting too much formaldehyde in my child. If that makes me crazy, than call the liberal cops, I guess.

FHL did a great job of pointing out "settled science" before. I can't tell you how many times I've heard of a "Fact" suddenly becoming a "mistake". But then, I mentioned that. You don't want to accept it and that's fine.

You keep saying the same thing over and over again - that I have no reason. I have a reason, you just don't like it. Well, fortunately when it comes to my child (and a host of other subjects), no one gives a shit what you think :)

But nevertheless, well done Ego daddy! You vaccinated your child and have made some stupid comments, but fortunately it's enough. Understanding what was really going on would have been a plus, though ignorance enables you to hold your personal conspiracy theories at the same time.

Again (and again and again as far as conversing with you goes), call it ignorance if that makes you feel better. I call it prudence.

Thank you. :)

I'm not making a fuss, you are. You didn't like my original post (you addressed me first, not the other way around), so you flew off the handle. I'm sure, eventually though, you'll get over it.

Please, if you don't mind, keep your closet tendencies to yourself.;)

Trolling trolls. The new closet tendency.

Obviously you're not aware what formaldehyde is used for, otherwise you wouldn't say that. It makes you ignorant of the science, that's all.

But you vaccinated your sprog with "settled science" and "fact". :D

The science here that isn't settled, is all the science you've decided to keep yourself ignorant of or hold your personal conspiracy theory against. And no, that isn't prudence.

Combination vaccine is safe or safer than separate vaccination.

You chose the less safer of the two for your child simply because you haven't educated yourself properly in your kid's interest.
You are clearly very touchy about that and make pathetic comments with all this fuss to defend your daddy ego.

Go away :p

Formaldehyde is a commonly used chemical compound that exists in various forms and at room temperature, is a colorless, distinctive, strong and even pungent smelling, flammable and gaseous substance.

It is also critical to note that the “11th report on carcinogens” classifies formaldehyde as "reasonably anticipated to be a human carcinogen".

That's pretty much all I need to read. Even if the "settled science" says it's healthy. o_O

You keep on with the same exact argument, relying on "settled science". It's not settled just because you like to throw around that phrase all the time. You and Futurecurrents should get a room (he likes boys, from what he says).

Please show me where combination vaccines are safer than separate vaccinations.

I'd like to read that "settled science".
