I will note that three of the four women backed away from their claims after Roy Moore sued them in April of 2018. One counter sued for defamation -- a case which is currently going through continued motions on what county should be the venue.

Actually I don't think Kavanaugh will sue.

First it is not is style; nor does he have a history of suing.

Second - it is likely he will shortly be a U.S. Supreme Court Judge with no reason to sue.
