Actually I don't think Kavanaugh will sue.

First it is not is style; nor does he have a history of suing.

Second - it is likely he will shortly be a U.S. Supreme Court Judge with no reason to sue.

I agree, it is more likely than not but he is in trouble as far as Supreme Court nominees go.
