I do see the full picture, and that is why this hearing is so important. She does not show up, easy, he gets confirmed. If they both perform on the same footing and no other evidence is provided, then it would be up to each senator to make a decision when they vote. My personal vote would be to confirm, since I strongly believe innocent until proven guilty.

My main point is that for such a critical and life time appointment all sides need to be heard.

I agree entirely and this whole thing could have, and should have been handled when the democrats received her initial inquiry. There would have then been plenty of time to do this thoroughly, but they decided to sit on it. Why? I'll tell you why. They did a little investigating of their own and came to the conclusion, rightfully so, that this allegation didn't have a leg to stand on. They did their political calculation and decided to sit on it, and then spring it at the last minute to try and stall out the process. This entire thing has been a political tool from the jump. It's B.S. for anyone to claim that it is anything but that, given how events have unfolded.
