Oh boy, you are an idiot on this topic.
The foundation memorandum of understanding was developed SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE of enabling Hillary Clinton's appointment as Secretary of State. For no other purpose, none and you take the position that because she was not the foundation it has no connection to her.
The original post discussion questioned whether the foundation donations were required to be disclosed by new York or u.s. law and someone said no or something, and I merely made the point that there was a memorandum of understanding in place requiring the disclosure while Hillary was secretary of state even if the law did not require it. Hillary may have not been bound by the terms of mou as a foundation official but she was bound as Secretary of State to be on the receiving end and review of submitted information or to see that it was made known to the appropriate internal reviewers. She presented the existence of that mou as support for her appointment and how she would meet or navigate the conflicts.
Yeh, right. nothing to do with Hillary. she was not with the foundation, so everyone just thought it was a good time to do an mou and submit it to the government because. hey. there was noting else to do that day.
Then piezoelectric weighs in to disgrace himself. gawd.
