The China virus is a double-edged sword for Biden. It was his ticket into office and into usurping on steroids but it is still his strongest polling point that keeps him at breakeven in some polls. But he can't keep that going forever. If the virus lessens people care about the issue less. And if it increases they become less enchanted with his handling of it.
People are already plenty sick of the daily routine of chaos and collapse of the country at the border and total chaos and collapse in AFG withdrawal and Joe goes to the podium and shakes his fist and tells you to get off his lawn and wear and mask in response. It is pretty transparent except for the true lefties in the trance state. And if his megasaurus level commie budget takes a big hit, he will respond by going on TV and getting yet another booster shot and announcing that pets have also been approved for the vaccine. His much-coveted progressives are watching him closer than he thinks- not just the conservatives.
Joe is pretty much following the playbook that was discussed from early, early on in his campaign- ie. he will do okay as long as he has free stuff to hand out to compensate for his lack of ability. He has had his Santa Claus routine of handing out Trump vaccines and that has worked great for him. And he has given America away to the invaders. And he has paid people enormously to do nothing but stay home during the virus. And now he attempts the big give away on the proposed commie budget. Some of that cannot be easily maintained month after month. He will lose points with the progressive suicide bomber wing of the dem party if his budget plan does not fly at a decent level, and if it does pass then they will want more again for other causes two months later with the midterms looming.
Keep in mind too that Obama did the Big Giveaway early on in his first term and he got hammered BIGTIME in the midterms nevertheless. And Biden is not even alive let along having Obama's level of skill, appeal, and gift of gab. I digressed over to that for a second because the lefties are all arguing that Joe needs all these big give-away wins in order to have something to crow about at the midterms. Does not always work that way, just ask Obama.
Anyway, yeh, Joe going lower in the polls. And as you suggest, many of tho ones still supporting him in the polls are just dems who see that they are being asked about the performance of a dem president so are going to say they are okay with it. They were more than okay with the Baby Jesus Obama at midterms too. Wayyy more than Joe could ever dream of. Nevertheless........midterms were a complete and total dumpster fire for Obama.
